Pilot: Visitor parking registration
Visitors’ registrations passed to your parking operator: in pilot
Your car park is enforced by cameras, and visitors who were on site with good reason receive a parking charge notice a few weeks later. Somebody at your site then spends time getting each one cancelled.

Today
Today the registration stays in the visit record
- The kiosk takes a vehicle registration at sign in. The field is optional, and what the visitor enters is stored with the visit.
- It does not send the registration to any parking operator. Exempting a visitor’s vehicle is still done by whoever does it at your site today.
The pilot
From the sign in to the operator
The pilot is intended to get the registration given at sign in to your parking operator, so that the visitor is exempted for the visit. How it will reach them depends on what your operator accepts, which is the first thing we plan to find out with you.
What we want to hear
Two things about your car park
- Which operator runs your car park?
- How are visitors’ registrations passed to them today?
What it costs
The platform price is published
The kiosk platform is £150 a month plus VAT, with setup from £599, and the iPad and stand are included. Our existing modules are £150 a month each. The pilot is priced with the first sites, and agreed before anything is set up.
