Visitor management, East Midlands
The person who installs your kiosk is the person who wrote the software
Noon Elite is one software engineer in the East Midlands, building one product for manufacturing sites. If yours is within a morning’s drive, the install is done by hand, the training is done at your reception desk, and a hardware problem can be somebody turning up rather than a tracking number.
From £150 a month plus VAT. Setup from £599, including the visit and the training.
What local actually buys you
Four differences, and none of them are in the software
The national visitor management platforms have bigger feature lists than this one. What they do not have is somebody who will get in a van. Here is what that is worth in practice, so you can decide whether it is worth anything to you.
The install is done in person
Somebody arrives with the iPad, mounts the stand where you want it, puts it on your WiFi, sets your site rules wording with you stood there, and trains whoever is on reception. It is not a box in the post and a link to a knowledge base.
A hardware problem is a drive, not a courier
If a unit fails on a site an hour away, the fix can be somebody turning up with a replacement. Further afield it is a configured spare shipped in three to five working days, which is the standard everywhere.
Changes happen because you asked, not because they were roadmapped
Wanting different sign in wording, a different badge colour or a different alert on a Tuesday afternoon is a conversation, not a support ticket that gets triaged into a quarter.
You can check us out first
We have customers in Derbyshire who will talk to you. Being able to ring a manufacturing site twenty minutes away and ask what it has actually been like is worth more than any page on this website.
Where the van goes
Sites within a morning’s drive
These are the manufacturing towns close enough that an install, a training visit or a replacement unit is a drive rather than a courier. There is nothing magic about the list — if you are somewhere near it, ask.

Outside the region the product is identical and so is the price. What changes is that hardware replacement becomes a next-day courier rather than a doorstep, and an install visit is arranged rather than assumed.

Who this is for
The sites in this region that end up buying one
- Manufacturing and engineering. Between roughly twenty and two hundred staff, with a staffed reception, regular contractor traffic and more delivery vehicles than anybody planned for. This is most of the customer base.
- Food and drink production. Where a BRCGS auditor has asked about controlled access and hygiene acknowledgements at the door.
- Warehousing and distribution. Where goods in is the busiest door on the site and the one least likely to have a book at it.
- Multi site operators. Two or three sites in the region doing sign in three different ways, with nobody able to answer a simple question about who was where. Priced per site, not per user.
The Kiosk does everything we need it to simply and reliably at a great price.
Before you ask
The questions that come up on a first local call
Do you only work with sites in the East Midlands?
No. Noon Elite is based in the East Midlands and works with sites across the UK. What being local changes is the amount of it that happens in person: a site an hour away gets an install visit and, if something fails, somebody driving over with a replacement. Further afield the install can still be done in person by arrangement, and hardware is replaced by courier in three to five working days.
Is there a travel charge for a site visit?
Not for the first conversation, and not for a standard install in the region — it is inside the setup fee already quoted on the pricing page. A site a long way outside it may carry a travel cost, and if so you will be told the number before anything is booked rather than after.
Can we see a kiosk working somewhere before we commit?
Usually, yes. There are Derbyshire manufacturers running one daily who are willing to take a call from another manufacturer, and in some cases to have you in for twenty minutes to look at it on their own reception desk. Ask on the call and we will see who is happy to be introduced.
How quickly can a site be live?
The constraint is almost never us. Once the site rules wording is agreed and there is a WiFi connection and a socket where the kiosk is going, an install is half a day. The part that takes time is deciding what you want people to accept, which is a conversation worth having properly.
What happens if you get run over by a bus?
A fair question to ask a one-person supplier, and it gets asked on most calls. Your data is not on a machine in a spare room — it is in AWS eu-west-1 on ISO 27001 infrastructure, and you can export the whole record set yourself from the dashboard at any time, in a format that opens without our software. The hardware is off-the-shelf iPads. What you would lose is the person who changes things for you on a Tuesday, which is exactly the thing being sold on this page, and it is worth weighing honestly against a platform with a support rota.
What does it cost?
The platform is £150 a month plus VAT, including the iPad, the stand, hosting, support and replacement hardware. Setup is from £599 plus VAT per site and covers installation, configuration and on site training. Modules are £150 a month each. Every price is published on the pricing page rather than quoted on request.

Fifteen minutes, and no follow up sequence
Tell us where you are, how people sign in today and what somebody has asked you to evidence. If your site is close enough that we should just come and look at it, we will say so.
Book a 15 minute callIf it is not a fit we will say so on the call. You will not be added to a drip campaign either way.
