Eptura Visitor, Proxyclick and Condeco alternatives

An alternative to Eptura Visitor, for a site that only wanted the visitor part

If you bought Proxyclick, you now own a module of a workplace management suite. For an office estate buying desks, rooms and visitors together, that may be exactly right, and this page says so further down. For a manufacturing site that wanted a sign in screen, a contractor record and a fire roll call, it is worth ten minutes to see what else there is.

Facts about Eptura checked September 2026, against Eptura’s own pages, linked below. We have no connection with Eptura and they have had no part in this page.

What happened

Proxyclick, Condeco and Eptura are one company

None of this makes their software worse, and consolidation is not a scandal. What it changes is who you are buying from: a roadmap set by a suite rather than by visitor management, and a product that is one line on a larger price list.

  • Summer 2021Condeco, the workspace scheduling company, takes growth investment from Thoma Bravo and JMI Equity.
  • January 2022Condeco acquires Proxyclick, the Brussels visitor management company, and adds it to its meeting room and desk booking products.
  • October 2022Condeco and iOffice + SpaceIQ merge to create Eptura, a workplace and asset management suite. Thoma Bravo and JMI Equity remain the primary investors.
  • 2025Proxyclick becomes Eptura Visitor. proxyclick.com now redirects to a page on eptura.com that says so.
  • TodayEptura Visitor is sold in two packages, Advanced and Power, on an annual subscription priced by number of locations. No figure is published; a price comes from a demo and a quote.

Only the things that are published facts

There is no feature checklist here, and no row where we score ourselves against their software. Those tables are written to be won. Where Eptura has not published an answer, the cell says so rather than guessing.

When Eptura is the right answer

  • Visitors are one line of a bigger project. If you are buying desks, rooms, space planning or asset maintenance as well, a suite is the right shape of purchase and Eptura is one. We do not do desks and we are not going to.
  • You have many sites, or several countries. At that size you want a vendor with a support rota, a status page and an account team. We are one person. That is a genuine risk at scale and no amount of copywriting changes it.
  • Door access is the real project. If the requirement is visitor passes that open doors, start with a vendor whose product is built around access control. Ours is a register and a roll call, not a door controller.
  • It already works and nobody is asking. A rename is not a reason to move. If your renewal is fair and reception is happy, stay where you are.

Look at us

When we are

  • You only ever wanted the visitor part. You bought a visitor product and now hold one module of a workplace suite. If the rest of the suite is not on your roadmap, you are paying for a direction you are not travelling in.
  • You want the price before the meeting. Ours is £150 a month plus VAT per site with setup from £599, on the pricing page, including the iPad, the stand, support and replacements. Nothing to true up at renewal.
  • You are a manufacturing site with an auditor, not an office with a lobby. Contractors, goods in deliveries, hygiene and safety declarations, and a fire roll call of everybody signed in are the parts we built first, because they are the parts our customers get asked about.
  • You want somebody to turn up. Install, configuration and reception training happen on your site, in person, inside the setup fee, and the person who does it wrote the software.

Before you ask

The questions people coming from Proxyclick ask

Is Proxyclick still available?

The product is; the name is not. Eptura’s own site says that in 2025 Proxyclick became Eptura Visitor, and proxyclick.com now redirects there. It is sold as one product in Eptura’s workplace suite, in Advanced and Power packages, rather than as a standalone visitor management company.

Are Condeco and Eptura the same company?

Yes. Condeco acquired Proxyclick in January 2022, and in October 2022 Condeco merged with iOffice + SpaceIQ to create Eptura, with Thoma Bravo and JMI Equity as the primary investors. If Condeco, Proxyclick and Eptura are all on your shortlist as separate options, your shortlist has one company on it.

How much does Eptura Visitor cost?

We do not know, and neither does anyone reading their website: Eptura does not publish a price. Its pricing page lists Advanced and Power packages for Eptura Visitor, billed annually and priced by number of locations, and asks you to book a demo for a quote. That was the position when we checked in September 2026. Ours is published: £150 a month plus VAT per site, setup from £599, hardware included.

Is Noon Elite an alternative to Eptura Visitor?

For a UK manufacturing site of roughly 20 to 200 staff, with one reception or a handful of sites, yes: that is exactly who it is built for, and the published price includes the iPad, the installation and the fire roll call. If you were on Proxyclick because it came as part of a wider workplace suite, or you need desk booking, room booking or a rollout across several countries, then no, and Eptura Visitor is the more honest fit.

What are the other alternatives to Eptura Visitor?

Depending on your site: Envoy at the enterprise end, Sign In App and SwipedOn in the mid market, which are now one company, Inventry if you are a school or a smaller UK site, and a handful of access control vendors who bundle visitor management with door hardware. Our comparison page sets Sign In App’s published prices beside ours, including the part where their entry tier is cheaper than we are.

Why should we trust an alternatives page written by a vendor?

You should not, entirely. What you can do is check it: every claim about Eptura on this page comes from Eptura’s own newsroom, its own pricing page or the page proxyclick.com redirects to, and all four are linked at the bottom with the date they were read. We have made no claim about how good their product is, because we have not run it on your site.
