Visitor management software for US sites

Visitor and contractor sign in for US sites, on an iPad you already own

You want every visitor and contractor signed in at the front desk, the rules they accepted kept with the visit, and a list on your phone of who is in the building when it has to be evacuated. You do not want a workplace suite or a hardware order to get it. That is the whole of what we build, and we are taking our first sites in the United States now.

$199 a month for each site, in US dollars. Software only: you use your own iPad. Last reviewed 4 October 2026.

What it does

The record of who is on your site, and what they agreed to

  • Visitors and contractors sign in and out on an iPad at the front desk: their name, their company, the person they have come to see and, if they give one, a vehicle registration.
  • They accept your site’s wording on screen before the sign in completes: site rules, safety rules or an NDA. The exact text accepted is stored with the visit.
  • Each sign in posts a message to your Microsoft Teams or Slack channel with the visitor’s name, their company and who they are here to see.
  • A live roll call of every visitor and contractor signed in opens as a link in a phone’s browser, for the person running the muster in an evacuation. It does not list your own employees.
  • The history can be searched by name, company and date and exported as a spreadsheet, and records are deleted automatically at the end of the retention period you set.

This is the software as it runs today, in daily use at a manufacturer in the UK.

For US sites

Software only, set up with you from here

In the UK we supply the iPad and the stand and install them in person. For the United States it is the software on its own: you use an iPad you already own, we set it up with you on a call, and you deal with the engineer who writes it.

Being straight with you

What changes for a site in the United States

  • Your time zone. Today every time in the record is UK time, because every site so far is in the UK. For US sites the record will run on the site’s own time zone.
  • Your working day. Today anyone still signed in is signed out automatically at 23:59 UTC, which is the afternoon or early evening in the United States. For US sites that will move to the end of the site’s own day.
  • Your iPad. In the UK we supply the iPad and install the app ourselves. For US sites the app will go onto an iPad you own, with no visit from us, and we will take you through the setup on a call.
  • Your language. The sign in screens are in English today. If your visitors or drivers need Spanish, tell us: it decides what we build next.
  • Your data. It is kept in the European Union, in Ireland, on ISO 27001 certified infrastructure. We have no United States region today. If your records have to stay in the United States, tell us that too.

Permit to Work and badge printing, which we sell in the UK, are not part of this.

What it costs

$199 a month for each site

The first US sites pay $199 a month for each site, and $499 once for remote setup: your wording loaded, your hosts added and your front desk shown how it works. There is no hardware to buy from us. The price is agreed in writing before anything is set up.

As a UK company we check who owns every customer outside the UK, and check them against the UK sanctions lists, before a contract.

The rules behind the record

US rules we have already read at source

Several pages on this site set out what a rule or standard itself says about visitors. Some were written for UK suppliers working to US rules; the text they quote is the same text you work to. The software produces a record. It does not make a site compliant, and we are not assessors.

What we want to hear

Four questions about your site

  • Where is your site, and how many sites do you have?
  • What signs your visitors in today: a paper log, or software you want to leave?
  • Who asks to see the record: a customer, an auditor, an insurer?
  • Do you already have an iPad and a stand at the front desk?

In Ireland or elsewhere in the EU? There is a page for EU sites, where the record is already kept. Anywhere else outside the UK, email us where your site is.

Next step

Tell us about your site

Fifteen minutes on a call, or an email: where your site is, how many you have, and what signs your visitors in today. You will hear back from the engineer who writes the software, and you will be told straight whether it fits.
