Referral partners

Referral partners: 20% of the recurring fee for two years, per site

You are on a client site every week and you walk past the visitor book on the way in. Introduce that site to us and, if they take the kiosk, we pay you 20% of what they pay each month for the first 24 months, per site, quarterly against your invoice. You introduce. We do everything after that.

Terms confirmed in writing at the first introduction. No selling, no stock, no target, no exclusivity.

The terms

Stated once, exactly

Every figure comes from the pricing page: platform £150 a month plus VAT per site, modules £150 each. The share is on the recurring fee and on nothing else.

  • 20% of the recurring feeFor every site your client takes, for the first 24 months of that site, counted from the client’s first paid month. If the client leaves earlier, it stops when they do.
  • Recurring fee meansThe platform and any modules the site is paying for at the time. On the platform alone that is £30 a month per site, £720 over the two years; with one module, £60 a month, £1,440.
  • Every additional siteStarts its own 24 months from its own first paid month, whether the same client adds it or you introduce a new one.
  • Three sites live at the same timeOnce you have three or more sites live at once, every account you have introduced, past and future, moves to the life of the account instead of 24 months. That is the one exception, and this is the only place it needs stating.
  • Nothing on setup or hardwareThe setup fee and the iPad, stand and printer are outside the recurring fee and nothing is paid on them.
  • Paid quarterly, against your invoice£90 a quarter on the platform, £180 with a module, per site. Monthly if you prefer.
  • Terms do not change under youIf this offer changes later, the terms for an account you have already referred stay as they were when you referred it.
  • Confirmed in writingAt the first introduction, by email, before anything else happens. There is no separate partner agreement to sign.

The arithmetic, once

What the site paysYou, per monthYou, per quarterYou, over 24 months
Platform alone, £150 a month£30£90£720
Platform and one module, £300 a month£60£180£1,440

Per site, excluding VAT, at list price. A site on two modules pays £450 a month and the share follows it. Nothing is paid on the setup fee or the hardware.

What counts

What counts as a referral

  • An introduction by email, copying Ben and the client contact, before Noon Elite has spoken to that site.
  • Or the client naming you at the first conversation.
  • Introduce a client only with their agreement.
  • If two partners claim the same client, the first written introduction wins.

Plain on purpose, so there is never an argument later. The email is the record, and the terms are confirmed back to you on it.

The split

What you do, and what you never do

You: Introduce the client, with their agreement.

Noon Elite: the demonstration, the site visit, the contract, the install, on site, the support, on a direct number, the invoicing.

You never:

  • Sell, resell, install or support the product
  • Hold stock or hardware
  • Carry a target or a minimum
  • Have exclusivity, in a sector or an area, and none is asked of you

Beyond the money

Why a partner bothers

Two things on this site were built for the person advising a client, before they were built for the client.

The clause, in the document’s words

Every standards page here is written from the clause text, with the version and the date it was read printed on the page, so you can send a client to the right one and know what it says. Visitor records by standard puts every clause on one printable table you can hand to a client. You do the advising. We supply the record.

The record an auditor asks to see

The kiosk keeps who came in, who they came to see, what wording they accepted and when they left, timestamped and exportable, for the clauses those pages name. It does not make a site compliant, certified or audit ready; it produces the record, and the auditor decides what it is worth.

Who you are introducing them to

One person, on purpose

Noon Elite is a one person company: the person who answers the phone is the person who wrote the code. That is the trade a client makes, and the about page says what they get from it and what they give up. JK Powell, a Derbyshire metal packaging manufacturer, has run the kiosk since August 2026; it is one customer, named with permission, and the case study is on this site.

What the client sees

A sign in and a roll call, in 100 seconds

The player loads from YouTube only when you press play; nothing is sent to Google before that.

Before you ask

The questions a consultant asks first

When is the first payment?

At the end of the first full quarter after the client’s first paid month, against your invoice. Quarters run from that first paid month, not the calendar. If you would rather invoice monthly, say so at the introduction and it is monthly.

What if the client leaves before two years?

The share stops when their subscription does. Nothing is clawed back for the months already paid, and nothing is owed on months they did not pay for. Their minimum term is twelve months, so the first year is the floor.

What happens at month 25?

The 24 months for that site end and the share for that site stops, unless you have three or more sites live at the same time, in which case it continues for the life of the account. A second site the same client adds starts its own 24 months from its own first paid month.

What if the client has several sites?

Each site is its own line. Each pays its own 20%, each runs its own 24 months from its own first paid month, and each counts towards the three that move you to the life of the account. Three sites at one client count the same as one site at each of three clients.

What does three sites live mean, and when does the switch happen?

Three sites you introduced, each on a paid subscription at the same time. The switch happens in the month the third goes live, and from that month every account you have introduced, including the ones already past their 24 months, is paid for the life of the account. If a site later leaves and you drop below three, the accounts already moved stay moved.

Do I need to know the product?

No. You need to know that a site has a paper visitor book, or a sign in the auditor did not like, and that somebody there has been asked to evidence who was on site. The demonstration, the questions and the fit are our job. The demo page on this site shows a sign in, a fire roll call and a badge print if you want to see it first, and the security page answers the data questions a client’s IT department will ask.

What if two partners claim the same client?

The first written introduction wins: the earliest email that copied Ben and the client contact. That is why the introduction is an email rather than a mention, and why it is confirmed in writing straight away.

Do you pay individuals or only companies?

Either. An invoice from a business, or a self-employed consultant’s invoice, is paid the same way. Nothing is paid without an invoice, and the invoice is what makes it clean on both sides.

Is there a written agreement?

The terms on this page are confirmed to you in writing at the first introduction, by email, naming the client and the site. That email is the agreement. There is no separate partner contract to sign and no portal to register on.

How to start

A call, a ring or an email

Fifteen minutes to hear what your clients get asked to evidence and agree how an introduction works. Or skip the call: introduce a client by email, copying them, and the terms come back in writing the same day.

Would rather email? [email protected]

Nobody is added to a list and nothing follows this page. If you introduce a client, the client hears from us and you hear back in writing.
