Visitor management software for Ireland and the EU
Visitor and contractor sign in for sites in Ireland and the EU, with the record kept in the EU
Your auditor wants to see who was on site and what they agreed to before they went in. Your fire warden wants to know who is still inside. And whoever looks after data protection wants the record kept in the EU. Ours already is: it is stored in Ireland. We are taking our first sites in Ireland and the rest of the EU now.
€179 a month for each site. Software only: you use your own iPad. Last reviewed 4 October 2026.
What it does
Who was on site, what they accepted, and who is still inside
- Visitors and contractors sign in and out on an iPad at reception: their name, their company, the person they have come to see and, if they give one, a vehicle registration.
- Before the sign in completes they accept your site’s wording on screen, whether that is site rules, hygiene rules or confidentiality wording, and the exact text they accepted is stored with the visit.
- Each sign in posts a message to your Microsoft Teams or Slack channel with the visitor’s name, their company and who they are here to see.
- A live roll call of every visitor and contractor signed in opens as a link in a phone’s browser, for the fire warden at the assembly point. It does not list your own staff.
- The history can be searched by name, company and date and exported as a spreadsheet, and records are deleted automatically at the end of the retention period you set, from one day to two years.

For sites in Ireland and the EU
Software only, set up with you by the engineer who writes it
In the UK we supply the iPad and the stand and install them in person. For Ireland and the rest of the EU it is the software on its own: you use an iPad you already own, and we set it up with you on a call, in working hours that are close to yours.
Being straight with you
What is already right for an EU site, and what changes
- Your data is already in the EU. The record is kept in Ireland, on ISO 27001 certified infrastructure, which is where our UK records are kept as well. Every sub-processor is named on our security page.
- Your contract. We supply a data processing agreement as standard. Today it is written under UK data protection law. For a site in the EU it will be written under the EU GDPR, and agreed before anything is set up.
- Your clock. Ireland and mainland Portugal keep the same time as the UK, so the times in the record are already right there. For sites on Central European Time and further east, the record will run on the site’s own time zone, and the automatic sign out at the end of the day will follow it.
- Your iPad. In the UK we supply the iPad and install the app ourselves. For EU sites the app will go onto an iPad you own, with no visit from us, and we will take you through the setup on a call.
- Your language. The sign in screens and the dashboard are in English today. Tell us which languages your visitors and drivers read: it decides what we build next.
Permit to Work and badge printing, which we sell in the UK, are not part of this.
What it costs
€179 a month for each site
The first EU sites pay €179 a month for each site, and €449 once for remote setup: your wording loaded, your hosts added and your reception shown how it works. There is no hardware to buy from us. The price is agreed in writing before anything is set up.
As a UK company we check who owns every customer outside the UK, and check them against the UK sanctions lists, before a contract.

The standards behind the record
Standards your site works to, already read at source
These pages set out what each standard itself says about visitors and contractors. The software produces a record. It does not make a site compliant, and we are not auditors.

What we want to hear
Four questions about your site
- Which country is your site in, and how many sites do you have?
- Which languages do your visitors and drivers read?
- What signs your visitors in today: a paper book, or software you want to leave?
- Which standard, customer or inspector asks to see the record?
In the United States? There is a page for US sites.
Next step
Tell us about your site
Fifteen minutes on a call, or an email: which country, how many sites, and which languages your visitors read. You will hear back from the engineer who writes the software, and you will be told straight whether it fits.
