You run a food or packaging site, and your paper health questionnaire asks each visitor a list of yes and no questions. You want each visitor’s answers on record against the visit, not on a sheet in a folder.

Today the kiosk records an accepted declaration

  • The visitor reads your site’s health declaration on the iPad and accepts it before the sign in completes.
  • The acceptance and the exact text accepted are stored with the visit.
  • No questions and no answers are recorded. The kiosk shows one declaration and records that it was accepted, and nothing more.
  • If you need the questions today, the paper questionnaire is free to print.

The pilot

Your questions, one at a time

The pilot will put your site’s own questions on screen, to be answered one by one, with the answers stored with the visit. Health answers are sensitive personal data, and the pilot will be designed with that in mind.

The platform price is published

The kiosk platform is £150 a month plus VAT, with setup from £599, and the iPad and stand are included. Our existing modules are £150 a month each. The pilot is priced with the first sites, and agreed before anything is set up.
