A contractor induction video, with a record of who watched it: in pilot
You show contractors a site induction video before they start work, and you want proof that each of them watched it. You also do not want to sit the same engineer in front of it every morning when their induction is still in date.

Today the induction is wording, accepted on screen
- Contractors accept your site rules on screen before the sign in completes, and the exact text accepted is stored with the visit.
- There is no video step. Nothing on the kiosk plays a video, and nothing records that one was watched.
- If you keep the induction on paper, our free induction record is a sheet for it.
The pilot
The video first, then the sign in
The pilot will play your induction video before the sign in completes, or send it before arrival. We plan for the record to show that it was watched, and when, and for a contractor not to be asked again until the induction is due.

The platform price is published
The kiosk platform is £150 a month plus VAT, with setup from £599, and the iPad and stand are included. Our existing modules are £150 a month each. The pilot is priced with the first sites, and agreed before anything is set up.
