Visitor pre-registration, with the NDA sent ahead: a pilot we are setting up with the first sites

Your hosts know who is coming next week and want to book each visitor in before the day. They want the site information and the NDA wording to reach the visitor by email ahead of the visit, so that nobody reads either for the first time standing at the front desk.

Today

Today a visitor is first recorded at the door

  • Visitors sign in on arrival, on the iPad: their name, their company, the person they have come to see and, if they give one, a vehicle registration.
  • They accept your site’s wording on screen before the sign in completes, NDA wording included, and the exact text accepted is stored with the visit.
  • There is no pre-registration and no email to a visitor before the visit. Anything a visitor needs beforehand comes from their host.

The pilot will let a host book a visitor ahead, by type of visitor. We plan for the visitor to receive the site information and the wording before they arrive, so that the front desk is the second time they see it.

The platform price is published

The kiosk platform is £150 a month plus VAT, with setup from £599, and the iPad and stand are included. Our existing modules are £150 a month each. The pilot is priced with the first sites, and agreed before anything is set up.
