Visitor and contractor sign in for UK manufacturing
When someone asks who was on your site, you should not be reaching for a book
Noon Elite builds one thing: an iPad kiosk that signs visitors and contractors in and out, and keeps a timestamped record you can hand to an auditor, an inspector, or a customer running a security questionnaire.
From £150 a month plus VAT. iPad, stand, support and breakages included.
Who this is for
Sites where somebody has started asking for evidence
If your paper book has never caused you a problem, you probably do not need us yet. The sites we help usually have somebody outside the business asking them to prove something.
A customer has pushed requirements down to you
You supply into a defence or aerospace chain and a prime has passed on physical protection requirements. Someone now has to show how visitor access is controlled and logged.
An inspector has been in
You have actions to close out and a named person expecting to see the evidence. A book that lives on the desk is hard to put in front of them.
An audit is coming round again
ISO, a customer audit, or your own internal one. You know roughly what the auditor will ask for and you would rather not spend a week assembling it.
You have more than one site
Every site does sign in slightly differently, and nobody can answer a simple question about who was where without ringing round.
Most of our customers are UK manufacturers between 20 and 200 staff, with a staffed reception and regular contractor and delivery traffic.
What it does
An iPad at reception, and the record that comes out of it
In and out, against a name
Visitors, contractors and deliveries sign in on the iPad and out again. Each one is tied to the member of staff they came to see, with the time on both ends.
A roll call that actually works
When the alarm goes, the live list is on any phone at the muster point. Your fire marshal sees everyone still signed in without going back inside for the book.
Records you can hand over
Timestamped, exportable, and kept for the retention period you set. When somebody asks who was on site on a given day, it takes seconds rather than an afternoon.

Who you are dealing with
You will always talk to the person who built it
Noon Elite is me, Ben Noon. I am a software engineer of fourteen years and I run this from Derbyshire. There is no account manager, no support tier and no offshore queue. If something stops working at your reception desk, you speak to the person who wrote the code.
That is a deliberate trade. I am smaller than the national visitor management platforms. In return you get someone who will change your sign in questions because you asked on a Tuesday, and who can come to your site rather than put you on a webinar.

See what your sign in records would look like
Fifteen minutes on the phone. Tell us how people sign in today and what you have been asked to evidence, and we will tell you straight whether this is worth your time.
